The PPG plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining effective communication and support between patients, practice management, and staff members, enhancing overall patient experiences and the quality of care.
Listening and working with patients is part of that process and to that end the Practice has a well-established Patient Participation Group.
The PPG is a forum to review and improve the services we offer. It meets quarterly, and the meetings are attended by the Practice and Deputy Practice Managers and one of the Partners.
A key part of the meetings is feedback from PPG members on their and fellow patients’ views on the range and standard of service available at the practice and to make recommendation for improvement.
All registered patients are welcome to attend any meeting of the Patient Participation Group without giving prior notice.
